The best clothes combine loungewear comfort and pulled-together style and feel just at home on a bar stool as wrapped in a blanket. This sweater’s roomy sleeves and relaxed fit through the body are built for kicking back, but a blend of wool and nylon make her tough enough for more active pursuits.
Fabric Name: Durawool
55% Wool Non-Mulesed, 45% Nylon
This is a forever sweater yarn. Super strong (and perfectly stretchy) nylon gets a boost from nearly indestructible wool. Naturally moisture-wicking and heat-regulating for peak performance. All the warmth, none of the itch.
Care Instructions: Do not machine wash or dry. Hand wash with cold water only and gently rinse. Do not wring. Re-shape garment and lay flat to dry. Only iron on low, as needed.

Welcome to Shades of Green, I’m so glad you’re here!
When I opened the store in 2009 there wasn’t many options for sustainable, earth friendly products in our community. It was a bit hard at first to source these kinds of products but now with so many people getting on board with the Zero waste movement there’s so much more available. We love to support Local and Canadian Made products as much as possible but when we do source products made outside of North America we make sure they are Made responsibly in Fair Trade practices.
Thank you for visiting the shop and wherever you are on your earth loving journey we are here to help. Small changes everyday can make a big impact.
