We have everything to need to start
or continue a low waste, less plastic lifestyle.
The limited-edition Healer bars combine key attributes found in our top-selling hair bars, to deliver high-performing and "planet-healing" results!
The shampoo bar features vitamin C-rich amla oil to improve scalp, follicle, and overall hair condition down to the ends.
The conditioner bar features our unique triple-threat oil blend of; Abyssinian seed, broccoli seed, and Tamanu; controlling frizz, adding shine, and banishing tangles (borrowed from our award-winning "for tangles" conditioner bars). Inspired by the healing powers of Earth and Water, awakening essential oils of orange bitters and distilled lime meld seamlessly, with the quiet comforts of tonka and vanilla.

FEATURES:
Essential oil scenting
Approximately 50-75 washes (will vary)
Color-safe, vegan & cruelty-free
DIRECTIONS:
SHAMPOO: Apply bar directly to wet hair and massage with hands until desired lather is achieved. Alternatively, lather bar in hands and apply to hair. Rinse thoroughly, repeat as necessary.
Follow with conditioner bar. For external use only, avoid contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water if contact occurs.
CARE:
Simply place bars on a bar dish with drainage for daily in-shower use. Keep bars away from spraying and pooling water or store outside of shower. For best results when traveling, pat bars dry before storing in tins. DO NOT store wet bars in travel tins or use tins for in-shower storage.
PREVENT: Each bar prevents 2-3 single-use plastic bottles from making their way to landfill.
COLLECT: Each product purchased collects 10 ocean-bound plastic bottles from our natural environment in partnership with Plastic Bank®.

Welcome to Shades of Green, I’m so glad you’re here!
When I opened the store in 2009 there wasn’t many options for sustainable, earth friendly products in our community. It was a bit hard at first to source these kinds of products but now with so many people getting on board with the Zero waste movement there’s so much more available. We love to support Local and Canadian Made products as much as possible but when we do source products made outside of North America we make sure they are Made responsibly in Fair Trade practices.
Thank you for visiting the shop and wherever you are on your earth loving journey we are here to help. Small changes everyday can make a big impact.
